Here are today’s notes from CHM 110. These notes cover the properties of molecular and ionic compounds, formulas of molecular and ionic compounds, and the nomenclature of ionic compounds: formulas to names and names to formulas.
Tomorrow’s test will cover up through this set of notes. You’ll need to study Chapters 1 and 2 in the textbook (see the study guides linked on the right-hand side of this web page). You won’t be asked about naming molecular compounds or writing and baalncing chemical equations on this test. That material will be covered on next week’s test.
